General Policies and Procedures

Customer Service Policy: Our customers are our number one priority! Please let us know if there is anything we can do to improve your overall experience at Alpine Arts Center.  The policies below enable us to run programs smoothly by giving us adequate time to prepare materials and lessons for each class in order to offer the best instruction possible for our students.  We appreciate your business, and hope you will help us to improve our services by registering for classes in advance and honoring our class cancellation policies below.  If there is a situation that requires an exception be made to a policy below, please call Alpine Arts Center and ask to speak with an owner or manager.  If you have ideas for new programs or classes you would like to see offered at Alpine Arts Center, we would love to hear from you!

Refund/Store Credit Policy: We understand that sometimes your plans may change after enrolling in an art program at Alpine Arts Center. For any cancellation made up to 48 hours in advance (for session classes this only applies before the start of the session), a make-up class or store credit will be issued for the full value. You may also request a refund minus a 10% processing fee for any full priced reservation; special offers and early registration discounted programs excluded.  With less than 48 hours notice, or for any no shows, we will charge the full class fee to the deposit credit card on file.  With less than 48 hours notice, a make-up class will only be allowed due to illness or an emergency (pending arts center approval).

Class Cancellations: Programs not held due to weather or an instructor’s absence will be made up at a later date agreed upon by the class.  Make up options will not roll over from one session to the next. Alpine Arts Center reserves the right to substitute instructors of equal caliber in an emergency. Classes not meeting a minimum enrollment prior to the first day or after the first week of classes will be canceled, and refunds will be given accordingly. Alpine Arts Center reserves the right to refuse admission or dismiss any student due to inappropriate behavior.

Photography Policy: Please notify Alpine Arts Center in writing if you do not want yourself, your child, or your artwork photographed for promotional purposes.
